Day 2
perfect day cococay - bahamas
Arrival: 07:00
-
Departure: 17:00
CocoCay, also known as Little Stirrup Cay, is a private island in the Bahamas and part of the Berry Islands, a chain of small cays and islands located about 55 miles north of Nassau. It is used exclusively for tourism by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Little Stirrup Cay sits next to Great Stirrup Cay, which has been Norwegian Cruise Line’s private island since 1977.
In 2019, Royal Caribbean carried out a major $250 million USD renovation of the island. A pier was built on the north side so cruise ships can dock directly instead of relying on tenders. The east end of the island is the main hub for activities, with beaches along a coral basin where visitors can see manatees, rays, and many tropical fish. Nature trails cross the island from end to end. The renovation also added a large water park that features Daredevil’s Peak, the tallest water slide in North America.

Cozumel also boasts several Mayan archaeological sites. The most extensive remains can be found at "San Gervasio", an inland site a few miles north of the "Carretera Transversal" highway. Another site is near the village of El Cedral, inland from the "Carretera Costera Sur" highway. In Punta Sur Park, located at the southernmost point of the island, you can find the "El Caracol" temple, which is believed to have been used as a lighthouse by the Mayans.

Departure: 16:30
The Cayman Islands are a group of islands in the Caribbean Sea, located ninety miles south of Cuba. Known for their stunning coral reefs and exceptionally clear waters, these islands have become a favorite destination for divers. With great beaches, fine restaurants, and resorts, the Cayman Islands also serve as an excellent tourist destination. Grand Cayman is the largest island, home to most of the population and tourist facilities.
George Town, a small yet affluent port city, is the capital of the Cayman Islands. Situated on Grand Cayman, George Town offers a variety of shopping experiences, including the highly sought-after rum cake, various types of jewelry, and endless duty-free shopping available just outside the docks. The main restaurants and bars are located in George Town, and many island tours often start here. The buildings are painted in attractive pastel colors, and the city is well-maintained and pleasant.
Grand Cayman is renowned for its Seven Mile Beach, a stunning beach with powdery white sand and aquamarine sea. Day 7
bimini, bahamas
Arrival: 09:00
-
Departure: 18:00
Bimini is the westernmost district of the Bahamas, made up of a chain of islands located about 80 kilometers (50 miles) due east of Miami. It is the closest point in the Bahamas to the mainland United States and lies approximately 210 kilometers (130 miles) west-northwest of Nassau. The population was 1,988 as of the 2010 census.
Bimini consists of three islands: North Bimini, South Bimini, and East Bimini. The two largest are North Bimini and South Bimini. The main settlement is Alice Town, a lively strip of shops, restaurants, and bars along a road known as “The King’s Highway.” A second main road, Queen’s Highway, runs almost the length of the island parallel to King’s Highway.
South Bimini is home to South Bimini Airport and offers a quieter alternative to the slower-paced bustle of North Bimini. A small residential community on South Bimini, called Port Royale, borders the water. For many years, tourism on South Bimini was mostly limited to boaters, as there were few accommodations other than private homes.
Because Bimini is so close to Miami, Florida, many American anglers travel there by boat to fish or enjoy the local nightlife. Scuba diving and snorkeling are also popular, thanks to numerous shipwrecks in the area, including the wreck of the SS Sapona, which ran aground during a 1926 hurricane. The top of the ship remains above water while the lower half is submerged. Over the years, parts of the wreck were salvaged, and some of the wood was used in the construction of the Compleat Angler Hotel and bar on North Bimini.
