Civitavecchia (Rome), italy
Day 1
Civitavecchia (Rome), italy
Departure: 17:00
Modern and old, past and present go hand in hand, all the time. Whether you're in Rome for 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months, be ready to step into the world’s largest open air museum. Rome will charm you and it will hardly leave you unmoved. It will surprise you, as it has so much to offer to any visitor, and its beauty has merely been slightly obscured by the passage of time. Rome is one of the world's most photogenic cities - not surprising when you remember what's here - The Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, St Peter's Square, Spanish Steps, Colosseum... Whether you spend your time sightseeing, or lounging in cafés watching the world go by, it will be your turn to star in your very own Roman Holiday. If you can plan to stay for as long as a week, you won't run out of things to do and you'll still feel like you're leaving too soon.
la spezia, italy

Day 2
la spezia, italy
Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 20:00
The city of La Spezia is located in the region of Liguria in northern Italy and is also the capital of the province of the same name, set on the Gulf of La Spezia, also known as the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of Poets). It earned this name because it was, for a time, home to important English poets such as Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792–1822) and George Byron (1788–1824). The city has a major commercial port, one of the most important in Italy, and it is also home to one of the country’s largest military industries: OTO Melara. Although La Spezia is mainly a modern city (most of its buildings were constructed after 1920), there are many places of interest in the surrounding area. Nearby you’ll find beautiful villages such as Lerici, Portovenere (a traditional fishing village), and the Cinque Terre, where a national nature park has been established. Cinque Terre, Portovenere and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

nice (villefranche), france

Day 5
nice (villefranche), france
Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 19:00
Nice weathers its storms of tourism each summer with all the usual trappings of a Riviera town: Casual wealth, a generous beach, museums, flower-lined avenues but lacks the pretentious aloofness of its neighbours. Moreover, Nice is fortunate to have excellent public transport within the city and to all points on the Côte d’Azur, making it a great base for exploring the Riviera. Nice’s long, narrow beach and sunbathing guests are the city’s main attractions for most visitors. However, Nice’s vieille ville, the old town, is well worth a visit. The old quarter is a unique mix of glitz and a Mediterranean medieval quarter of tiny streets and outdoor markets. For a stunning Riviera view, climb up to the top of the castle. The city has several exceptional museums, such as the Musée Matisse, dedicated to the work of French painter Henri Matisse, or the Musée National Marc Chagall, dedicated to the work of painter Marc Chagall. The majestic Promenade des Anglais sweeps along the coast. This pedestrian area is teeming with boutiques, bustling restaurants and all sorts of tourists. The nightlife in Nice is vibrant, the maze of tiny streets in the vieille ville hides restaurants and bars, and contributes to the city’s Mediterranean charm.
naples/capri, italy

Day 7
naples/capri, italy
Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 18:00
Capri is a stunning picturesque retreat located 5 km from mainland Italy in the Bay of Naples. It's a renowned beauty spot and coastal resort since the time of the emperors. It's a very popular destination due to what it has to offer and that is its rural charm, slow pace of life and unforgettable views. Capri has constant sunshine and enjoys its well deserved reputation as a Garden of Eden. Capri town is the main settlement on the island and can be reached via a funicular railway that runs from the dock in Marina Grande. The town's main square, Piazza Umberto, is a bustling central area that contains a few shops, cafes and restaurants and is where the funicular railway ends. Surrounding the square are the ''Torre dell'Orologio'', or Clock Tower and the island's main church, San Stefano. Anacapri is the island's second largest settlement and lies a couple of miles west of Capri town. Anacapri offers visitors many art and craft shops and also the opportunity to enjoy a trip on a chair lift up to the summit of Mount Solaro.
