Very nice stay the staff were very helpful and positive. We requested a late check out and they were positive however we left early on the last day. Wish there was room service at the hotel. It’s not exactly in the shopping areas but nice river front and shopping is a short uber drive away. Enjoyed our stay.

El hotel esta cerca del museo del chocolate (10 min caminando) puedes llegar caminando al altstadt, a la zona de tiendas, etc. Tienen una bocina en el baño con la que escuchas la TV a volumen alto que no se puede regular. La habitación es pequeña para una familia de 4 pero suficiente para llegar a dormir. En el check in le regalaron un peluche a mis hijos, muy buen detalle.

The Wallrof-Richartz museum and Museum Ludwig is a must for art enthusiasts. It is one of the country’s finest art galleries and makes brilliant use of natural light. A host of 12th and 13th century churches and several more of an ultra-modern post-war style also dot the streets of the old town. Cosmopolitan, open-minded, friendly are characteristics describing people from Cologne. Evenings and weekends in the city are like miniature carnivals, with bustling crowds and lots of things to do.
