Über das Reiseziel

Isla Cristina ist eine Stadt und Gemeinde in der Provinz Huelva, Spanien. Sie ist einer der wichtigsten Fischereihäfen in der Provinz Huelva, deren Fang in ganz Spanien hoch geschätzt wird. Es ist ein beliebter Sommerurlaubsort, insbesondere bei den Spaniern selbst. Ein großer Teil der Attraktivität sind die Kilometer von Stränden mit 'Blaue Flagge'-Standard. Aufgrund des natürlichen Reichtums der Küste entwickelte sich das Dorf schnell; es trug den poetischen Namen Königliche Insel des kleinen Feigenbaums (Real Isla de la Higuerita). Die herrlichen Strände und Badeorte, wie Islantilla, Centro und Punta del Caimán, sind einige der wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen. Auch der Karneval und das Atlantische Korallenfestival sind berühmt. In der Gemeinde finden wir den Naturpark Marschen von Isla Cristina, der Lebensräume mit unterschiedlichen Salzgehalten enthält, in denen wir eine reiche und vielfältige Flora und eine bemerkenswerte Anzahl von Vögeln beobachten können.

This is set next to Hotel Isla Canela’s 1 km-long beach, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. Set in gardens, this resort has an outdoor swimming pool and a spa.
