CocoCay alebo Little Stirrup Cay, Bahamy, je jedným z Berry Islands, zbierky kajov a malých ostrovov, a nachádza sa približne 55 míľ severne od Nassau. Exkluzívne ho využíva pre turizmus spoločnosť Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Little Stirrup Cay sa nachádza vedľa Great Stirrup Cay, súkromného ostrova spoločnosti Norwegian Cruises od roku 1977. V roku 2019 ostrov Royal Caribbean rozsiahlo zrekonštruoval za 250 miliónov USD. Na severnej strane ostrova bola postavená mól, ktorá umožňuje priamo pristávať výletným loďam namiesto použitia člnov.
