Stayed one night mid week. Good clear comms prior to the arrival. On check in, reception staff member hardly spoke to me, just handed card machine over for payment

Cancelled but still rooms available?

Beware booking rooms in advance as hotel cancelled with no explanation. Reached out to them via email but as yet no reply. Booked a twin room but a double would have sufficed but no alternative offered by hotel. Rooms were still being advertised on other sites at a higher rate up to the day of visit. If booked in advance make sure to keep an eye on your emails.
