Cozumel je ostrov v Karibskom mori na východnom pobreží Yucatánskeho polostrova v Mexiku, oproti Playa del Carmen a blízko Yucatánskeho kanála. Hlavné mesto na ostrove je San Miguel de Cozumel. Ostrov patrí do obce Cozumel v štáte Quintana Roo, Mexiko.
