Perfect location, middle of everything and can walk to everything. Amirah, Ezra and Waszrul were fantastic and were very kind. They helped us with early check in.

There was a problem with TV which resulted in a room change. Staff were great and made every effort to resolve the problem. Shower is a bit quirky as water goes everywhere on the floor and the toilet as there is no screen or separation in the bathroom. Apart from that, comfortable and excellent location.

Awful hotel with poor advertising. The shower head was over the toilet so there no where to shower and it left the whole bathroom wet. The rooms are not as advertised.. staff service was good from Amirah and Kai.
