My wife and I had an excellent 7 night stay at Eden Andalou. The hotel truly is a wonderful oasis within easy reach to both the airport and the medina. The staff really do take time to make you feel welcome and go out of their way to provide first class survey. Cleanliness was top notch, rooms spacious and couldn't wish for anything more. Addressing some concerns that I have read in other views: Food - amazing! Lots of variety and all expertly prepared. If you cannot find something at every meal to suit your palette, you really do need to up your preparedness for culinary adventure! Drinks - above expectation! Ok, so you're not going to get Guiness, but the larger is cold and refreshing. The cocktail choices have hearty measures. My wife, who is a walking vat, says the wines are tasty and managed to make her fall over more than once! Pools - very clean and excellent to just hang out Staff - all polite, friendly and helpful. Make it a mission to try and get Peaky Blinders - the night security guard - to smile. It can be done! The sun in Morocco is very different to the British sun :-) So don't forget the sunscreen!

There are so many things to say about this resort, and virtually everyone is incredibly positive. From the moment you pull up to the security entrance, you can't fail to be impressed by how stylish the resort appears. As you drive into the resort and arrive at reception, an opulent yet stylish area, you are greeted with warmth and smiles from possibly the nicest receptionists you're likely to meet at any hotel around the world. Their appearance is smart and professional, their conduct like relatives you haven't seen for a long while and who are excited to see you. The check-in process was simple and efficient, yet every detail covered in a more than satisfactory manner. Our room was large, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge, firm but very comfortable. We didn't have the best view, but it was far from poor. Bedding and towels changed everday. The buffest restaurant was great in terms of choice and service. The Fez restaurant was terrible with useless staff and poor service and cold food.

Even more lavish are the dazzling Saadian Tombs, modeled after the interior of the Alhambra in Granada. The view from the terrace at the Badi Palace, now in ruins, is majestic. Nearby is the 19th-century Bahia Palace, an ornate and beautiful palace with tranquil, fountained gardens. To escape the relentless midday sun, wander through the lush Menara Gardens and relax in the charming lakeside pavilion. Marrakech is noisy, busy, dusty, and chaotic. It is a visual and sensory feast of color, diverse cultures, architecture, and design. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to block a certain amount on your card prior to check-in. When booking more than 8 rooms, additional charges may apply, as well as special cancellation and payment policies. Upon check-in, you will need to present the credit used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the CMI (Moroccan Interbank Center). Please note that the all inclusive formula is for the Atlas restaurant and the open bar as well as unlimited access to the aquapark. The Kids club is open to children aged from 4 to 10 years. Babysitting service is available on request with extra charge. In case of early departure, the total amount is charged. The enhancement works are scheduled from November 18th to December 20th, 2024. We have carefully assigned your rooms in the Riads that are furthest from the areas being affected.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Refundable damage deposit
