It is just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute drive from the Orio Al Serio Airport. Those who want to explore the "Città Alta" (upper city), the hilltop medieval town, surrounded by 16th-century cyclopic defensive walls, will be within a 10-minute walk from the funicular/cable car station or they can simply explore the winding streets that lead up to it. The famous Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral is 2 km away and the trip to there passes through a number of charming restaurants, where one won't regret stopping by for a quick espresso or a small desert. The venue itself also treats to a delicious Italian breakfast, so guests can be prepared for the exciting day ahead. Please note that the reception will be closed from 23.00 to 07.00.

Average but decent

It's a bit expensive for what it is, but maybe that's the normal price in Bergamo. The room itself was not in the best shape: the door got caught on the floor while trying to open it all the way, the walls had scratch marks, only one outlet in the bedroom... But it was close to the train station, easy to check in, the hotel sold snacks and drinks in the lobby, and there was a small but nice balcony.
