This property was very nice, clean, pools were nice and beach was not far at all. My only complaint would be the food and drinks. Buffet was ok, specialty restaurants were not good at all with very limited selection. All bottom shelf wine & liquor.

Here’s a brief review you could use: The service at this resort was extremely disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and inattentive, and basic requests were often ignored or took way too long to fulfill. For the price we paid, we expected much better treatment and responsiveness. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

It is one of the most vibrant and diverse towns on the Mayan Riviera. Playa del Carmen offers warm tropical breezes, world-class cuisine, vibrant nightlife, amazing ruins, endless beaches, incredible snorkeling, wonderful parks, friendly locals, and so much more. It can be as relaxed or as wild as you want it to be. Playa del Carmen is an excellent base for exploring all the interesting places on the Mayan Riviera and the Yucatan Peninsula. The island of Cozumel, which offers some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in the world, is just a short boat ride away. The site of Chichén Itzá is 3 hours away, but it's definitely worth the trip! Despite being a tourist destination, Playa del Carmen is captivating and picturesque, filled with quaint Mexican shops and restaurants. This small city has so much to offer if you want it.
