Cozumel er en øy i Karibien utenfor den østlige kysten av Mexicos Yucatán-halvøy, motsatt Playa del Carmen, og nær Yucatán-kanalen. Hovedbyen på øya er San Miguel de Cozumel. Øyene tilhører Cozumel kommune i staten Quintana Roo, Mexico. Det er ganske mange strandklubber som tilbyr snorkling, og hovedattraksjonene er revene utenfor kysten og de mange dykkebutikkene.
Cozumel tilbyr også flere maya-arkæologiske steder. De mest omfattende restene er de på "San Gervasio", et innlandsted noen mil nord for motorveien "Carretera Transversal".
