Budget stay in Copenhagen

Location is next to a construction site when we stay. Nearby have some nice restaurants or you can walk 15-20mins to reach the nearest shop. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is standard but the coffee machine and pancake machine are broken when our stay.

Room was borderline acceptable for a hostel. I would not return to this property. Mattress was black so you couldn’t see if it was dirty. Duvet and pillow dirty, sheets had holes in them. Towels were clean. Good distance from metro. I did not use any other facilities.

A decade ago, visitors came to Copenhagen just for its canals, cobbled squares, charming streets and pastel painted houses. Now this city is most known for its innovative design, cutting edge architecture and its top-rated restaurants. This historic city of canals has become trendy, cosmopolitan and exciting, without losing its old charms. The fairytale-like port of Nyhavn, the city’s legendary waterfront, is the most traditional sight of Copenhagen, where visitors enjoy the cobbled streets and colourful houses that contrasts with Langelinje quay, where the city’s most famous attraction, The Little Mermaid, is located.
