Bridget

Location is wonderful walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and into the theater district upgrading to the breakfast is worth it. The AC did not work very well and was quite noisy outside the hotel. A solid for for the price in the convenience of the location.

The hotel is very nice, smells good. The cleaning staff was very nice, on the other hand the staff around the check-in area were rude. We didn’t feel invited by them, as if they didn’t want us there. But on the overall it was good.

This hotel is a real mixed bag. It has a good location that is convenient to the tube (Russel Square/picadilly line) and busses and easily walkable to other sites. However, the windows are very poorly insulated and the street noise is incessant. Constant sirens and loud car/motorcycle exhaust all night long. The check in process was also poorly managed and took forever. If you are a light sleeper avoid this place.
