Property is relatively low budget, so for what you pay it’s OK. You can get better in Bangkok for similar or slightly higher room rate. I knew this ain’t going to be a luxurious hotel, but was still disappointed with the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable, room was small, and bathroom/shower was tiny and felt it wasn’t well maintained. Bathroom made me want to look for a different hotel. I booked two nights but only stayed one. Reception team was very friendly and helpful. Some receptionists speak better English than others.

Welcoming Hotel

We stayed here, as an old married couple for approx 2 months. You can't get any more convienant to an old school Bangkok neighborhood. Wongwian Yai is a great place to settle. Safe yet busy and fun. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. And, this is so important, and I'm so grateful for it, they brought us 2 bottles of water everyday!
