Cala Galdana, Menorca Spain

Cala Galdana, also known as Cala Santa Galdana, is a beach on the south coast of Menorca, in the municipality of Ferreries. Beside it are two resort areas, separated by the Torrent d’Algendar: Cala Galdana, which belongs to Ferreries, and Serpentona, which belongs to Ciutadella. Both developed rapidly during the tourism boom of the 1960s.
