I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reception and staff were extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my stay. When I arrived, I was told that check-in was at 3 PM and that I would receive a call when my room was ready. However, I did not receive the call until 4:30 PM, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff made my stay far from enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.
