About the hotel

This monumental townhouse dates back to 1926 and offers classic and comfortable accommodation. All of its rooms are decorated with warm colours and the most modern services and amenities. Business travellers will have access to conference facilities and WLAN internet access. While tourists can enjoy the scenic 15-minute walk along Bruges' canal that will lead them to the Basilica of the Holy Blood and the Belfry. If they want to visit the famous Grote Markt Square or the city centre they will just have to prepare for a short 10-minute stroll. But when it comes to drinks the onsite bar is the place where they can try excellent Belgium beer. Rates are excluding breakfast. Breakfast costs 15 euro per person City tax - 3. 00 euro per person per night applies for all bookings and must be paid separately at the hotel. Pets and other animals are not allowed in the hotel. Check in is from 16:00. If you arrive earlier you can leave your bags in our luggage room. We have 2 private car parks at your disposal at €25 per day (NOT SUITABLE FOR VANS). Please leave the private parking lot before 12:00 on the day of departure. Please contact us to reserve private parking.

There’s was good and bad. The good - The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. The location was great, a short walk to main area and felt safe. The bad - Our small budget room, I won’t bang on about the size, as that’s what’s it’s described as but yes, really very small. The walls - paper thin, could hear everything! The bathroom - covered in mould, really off putting. We only stayed one night and this was a base for us, so no point kicking up a fuss there and then. Maybe better rooms are exactly that! The

Verified traveler

Inflexible service

We were not able to travel due to a covid emergency. The hotel was extremely inflexible and refused to allow us to rearrange our booking or allow us any leeway at a very distressing time. We are travelling in February, and will not be staying there. Not nice to know that if there is a problem they/Hotels.com will not be accommodating.
