Out dated, heater LOUD, super disappointed ...

We stayed 2 nights, the lobby was awesome. Asked the front person a few questions all she could say is that they had a full house, yes we figured, there was a comic con happening.. waited to check in around 6pm. guess we got the last room.opened the door, and saw how out dated everything was, stains on the carpet, carpet coming up, water stains all over the wall, toilet paper dispenser was so LOUD, bed was stiff, no extra bedding for the fold out, asked the front desk for blankets and pillows they said they didn't have anymore lol what?? They did give us an extra towel. Cold air coming through the window, curtains were old and torn, the fold out bed needs to be updated bad like.. the heater woke me up in the middle of the night, couldn't sleep it sounded like a jack hammer going off it was LOUD. They charged us an extra 105.39 over what hotels quoted us VERY upset about that, we didn't even get breakfast cause that was an extra charge, the walls are thin, listen to banging in the next room and hallways.. the room coffee was gross, so had to spend money at the Q (that lady was super nice). Had to pay for parking.. it was just nothing like we was hoping for for the price..we travel a lot and this hotel is NOT worth the money. 500.00 for 2 nights and we didn't get anything extra!! It's crazy .. will never do that again .. very disappointed, and upset. Oh check out, never got me a receipt said hotels would email me so waiting on that to see why I had to pay $105.00 more then told

Overall, it was OK. Not happy that the restaurant wasn’t open. And you couldn’t pay cash for your coffee. And very disappointed that they did not do anything to the parking lot after the snow because it was a sheet of ice and we had to walk across the street. A lot of people were slipping and falling. Was supposedly upgraded, but didn’t see anything different or worth an upgrade. Our door looks like someone had broken into it. Doesn’t give you much of a sense of safety.
