Best part ...The Concierge staff thank you. Ramos especially. I stayed from 1.19-21.25 & agsin 1.24-25.25, the rooms were quite cold even with the mini portable heater. I slept in my coat. I Stayed in room 1031 and was treated poorly by housekeeper. I requested clean towels on my second day and was rudely told by the hker to get it myself as she walked away. During tea time in the resturant on 2nd floor,1.21.25, the male server was short and dismissive to me, he was also yelling at the other female server during service. He must have been having a bad day.

It wasnjanuary its freezing the heating wasnt working they sent tup a plug in heater wich did not heat room well eas very cold all weekend location was good breakfast was terrible
