Playa del Inglés (English Beach) is a seaside resort located at the southern end of the island of Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands archipelago. Offers sand by day and pubs and clubs at night. The largest holiday resort in all of Spain, along with Maspalomas and San Agustín, Playa del Inglés is a fun and sun resort, with great hotels, shopping centers and fast food outlets. It was created in the sixties, on what was then barren land - today it is a tourist hub, famous throughout Europe.
