Cala d'Or, Mallorca Spain

Cala d'Or is a town and resort area in south-east Mallorca. It's very picturesque and the town centre is connected to several coves. The coves have delightful little beaches that are surrounded by woodland and cliffs and the water is wonderfully clear and inviting, perfect for a swim on a warm summer's day. It's one of the nicer resorts along the east coast and it's brilliant for a relaxing holiday. Cala d'Or has some lovely beaches and good restaurants and is lively at night. It has something for everyone. It's a great holiday spot for families and also for young couples or singles, with some good bars and clubs that stay open late as well. It’s a great base from which to explore Majorca or to simply stay in and relax!
